Get a Delaware Library Card!

All Delaware residents are eligible for a free library card. Complete a registration form and present it with a photo ID at your local Delaware public library. Delaware non-residents may apply for a non-resident card. Just visiting? Get a visitor card!

Computers

A Delaware Library Card is required to use the library computers. The Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher is installed on all computers. Visit our “Computer Use” page for more information and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Wireless

Free Wireless access is provided to all as a public service. No password or card is needed. The connection name is Library-Public.

Homebound Books

Homebound Books is a program that promotes the use of library materials and services to homebound patrons (illness, age, infimity or diability) who reside in the service area of the Rehoboth Beach Public Library. Contact us to learn more about this service.
